I used this on a couple trips and it packs up alright, not amazing but it does the job. Still feels a little bulky in my bag though, so just something to keep in mind

I ordered a specific size and even left a note about it, but they still sent the wrong one haha. Kind of frustrating, especially since it seemed like my order note was just ignored.

I’ve been using this on my calves, back, and shoulders, and it works well. It did take me a little bit to get used to, but i like it now.

I don’t know why, but this site was way harder to use than it should’ve been. I kept getting confused by the buttons, checkout made me go back a couple times, and even finding basic info took forever. Maybe other people have an easier time with it, but for me it was just annoying.

I’m kind of torn because I really wanted this to be helpful, and at first I thought maybe I just needed to get used to it. But the pressure felt way too strong, and trying to keep it in the right spot was frustrating. One minute I’d think it might be doing something, and the next I just wanted to take it off because it was hurting. I’m sure it works for some people, but for me it ended up being more uncomfortable than useful.

In the end, the product itself was okay, which was a relief. But when it showed up, the packaging looked rough. The box was really thin, the corners were crushed, and the tape was coming loose in places. It made the whole order feel a bit careless, even though nothing inside seemed damaged.

I bought one of their recovery tools, the build quality is solid. It feels sturdy in the hand, not like something that’s going to crack after a few uses, and all the moving parts feel smooth enough that you can tell they didn’t cheap out on the basics.

I’ve been using it regularly after runs, and it still looks almost new. No loose pieces, no weird noises, no cracking or anything like that. Part of me does wonder if they designed it to feel extra “premium” on purpose so you don’t question the price too much, but to be fair, it does hold up well.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the price felt a bit high for what it is. I kind of got the sense they know people looking for recovery gear are already willing to spend more, so they leaned into that. Still, quality-wise, I don’t really have many complaints.

I liked this roller at first because it does feel good after a run and helps loosen things up. But the cleanup? Give me a break. Dust and hair get stuck around the wheels way too easily, and it’s not something you can just quickly wipe down. I end up spending extra time cleaning it after I use it, which kind of defeats the whole quick recovery idea for me. It still works fine, I just wish it wasn’t so annoying to keep clean.

I did notice my range of motion got a little better, so I’ll give it credit for that. It wasn’t some huge improvement or anything, but hey, a small bit of movement is still movement.

I reached out about the warranty thinking it would be straightforward, but the whole process took way longer than expected... and in the end they basically said it wasn't covered. Super frustrating, honestly!

I’m still waiting on my order after two weeks, which has been frustrating. To be fair, I think I may have ordered at the worst possible time, but the shipping has definitely taken way longer than I expected

It works fine overall, but am I the only one who didn’t expect it to be this big? It takes up way more space than I planned, and trying to store it in my flat has been kind of a hassle.

I tried adjusting it a few different ways, but... it just never really felt right on me. The adjustments were kind of awkward, and in the end, I couldn’t get it to fit comfortably.

Support did get back to me, just not as quickly as I was hoping. It wasn’t a huge issue, but I did find myself checking for a reply a few times.....

I used this every day like I was supposed to, but my legs were still sore for way longer than expected. it felt a bit useless, which was damn annoying.

I got this hoping it would help with my tight calves after running, but it just didn’t really make a difference for me. It feels kind of awkward to use, and I still end up grabbing my old foam roller instead. So yeah, not really worth it for me...

I picked up the R8 because my calves and IT band are always getting tight after runs. It does help take the edge off sometimes, especially when I’m really sore, but it’s definitely not the miracle fix it kind of gets made out to be. It was uncomfortable at first too, so that took some getting used to. For what it costs, I thought it would do more, but I still reach for it now and then when my legs are acting up

I had to do an exchange and it was kind of a hassle. It took longer than I expected, and support didn’t really explain things clearly, so I ended up having to follow up and figure out extra steps myself. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely more work than it should’ve been.

But I emailed them asking how often I should use it and if there was anything specific I should be doing for prevention, and the response was just... not very helpful.
